For assistance with a prompt refund, replacement or exchange, please email our Customer Service Associates as soon as possible for a Return Authorization number. We encourage you to order with friends to save on individual shipping costs. Please pay for group orders with a single check, money order, or credit card.
Occasionally, we experience out-of-stock situations due to supply fluctuations. Your credit card is not charged for a back ordered item, nor for associated shipping, until it is shipped to you. We pro-rate shipping charges based on the dollar value of your total order. Back ordered items are shipped via surface rather than air carrier. We do not back order items under $25.
Changes to Your Order
Your order is processed electronically through our fulfillment center the moment it is received, therefore we are unable to add, change or delete items once the order is placed. You are, of course, welcome to place an additional order if you've forgotten something. Remember that each new order is shipped separately and shipping costs are charged accordingly.
