Our art mosaic team carefully screens all the images that come in, seeking those we feel best convey the vitality of contemporary art as we enter the new millennium. Any medium is appropriate.
STEP 1 - Create a reproduction of your artwork
Submissions are accepted in the following formats:
- Photographic Print
Size: From 4"x6" to 8"x10"
Label: Legibly mark artist's name, address and phone number on back of print
- Digital Format
File Format: .jpg, .psd, .tif or .png
Recommended scanning resolution: 150dpi
Recording Media: CDRom or Floppy Disk
File Name: "your-name-artwork-title.jpg"
Label: Legibly mark artist's name, address and phone number on front of recording media
Additional note: The Web is limited in its ability to accurately depict color. Please be sure to color-match your submission to minimize these effects.
STEP 2 - Complete the Artist Release and Art Entry Forms

All submissions become the property of Daniel Smith Artists' Materials and will not be returned. Be sure to make copies for your own records. Daniel Smith is not responsible for the loss, damage or return of any submitted materials. Please make certain you send only a professional high-quality image - out-of-focus, ultra low-resolution, too light/too dark or otherwise inferior images will not be posted.
