• your name,
• complete address and phone number (very important).
• the title, size and medium.
• indicate the front and which side is up.

All mediums considered.

All submissions must be original artwork. Slides become the property of Daniel Smith and will not be returned. Permission will be obtained and recognition provided for all published submissions.
