Special alloys, superior bearings and innovative engineering help dissipate stress dynamically. Perhaps most unique is the Ettan printing bed, made of laminated phenolic resin. It is durable, flexible, has no memory and will not retain a warp, even with prolonged use.

With its 18" x 36" laminated phenolic resin press bed, the MS-18C is a useful and manageable size for many artists. The diameter of the light alloy top roller is 5" and it can be elevated up to 1-5/8" above the bed. The bottom roller, made of chromium/molybdenum steel, is 2-3/4".

The gear reduction of 4:1 provides a sufficient torque for a press of this size. Like all the Ettan Presses, the MS-18C is a well-designed, extremely durable product equipped with standard micrometric vernier scales. It weighs approximately 90lbs. The MS-18C is driven by a standard crank handle, included. Felts are not included. Press measures: 36" long x 22" wide x 13-1/2" high.
