I love this green
Quality
How would you describe the quality of this product?
The quality is good. I did have trouble with it shooting out of the tube upon opening the first few times, but since it can be easily rewet, I made sure to place the extra paint on the palette for later use.
Performance
How did this product perform compared to your expectations?
Very well. It is perhaps my favorite green. I've found many uses for it, more than I thought for a watercolor.
How would you describe the consistency?
The consistency is buttery. There are at least two distinct pigments in this paint. One is a muddy green/ earthy brown and the other is a bright clear sap green. I like how I can add water and lift out the darker color to control what areas i want the darker shade to be and what areas I want to be the brighter green.
Use
How did you use this color in a painting?
I use this paint in a variety of ways. - As a paint: for leaves, both in 2-d and 3-d work. Takes well to paper clay. Mixed with glues or acrylic mediums can create interesting effects, separating the two pigments. - Coloring - I mix this with low temperature melt plastics or transparent sculpey. Both forms it retains the lovely duel nature, makes a neat marbling effect, and creates a natural green for plant leaves.
Value
Was this product true to its value?
More expensive than many green pigments but worth it. I like that it is one of the cheaper paints in this line.
Overall Experience
What was your overall experience with this product?
Very good. I'm Definitely taking advantage of the duel pigments. I can lift areas to get less of the darker shade or purposefully add more. Makes painting leaves and natural greens fun. Especially in 3-d work. The lighter green is staining, but not as severe as a phthalo green. When I run out I plan to get more, or get some as a spare. I certainly go through this color a bit more than my other greens, let alone other paints.

My go-to green
Quality
How would you describe the quality of this product?
This is my favorite green and is always on my palette.
Performance
How did this product perform compared to your expectations?
I get pleasing results every time I use this green. I can get high and low values in one sweep of the brush with granulation and varied color that includes specks of warm dark earth brown, which can be seen when the green is diluted.
How would you describe the consistency?
I like how well the paint can be rewet.
Use
How did you use this color in a painting?
The dark green stays where it lands, while the light green spreads wherever the paper is wet, and is a bright, but natural looking green. An added bonus is the dark, warm flecks. It's my go-to green when painting landscapes.
Value
Was this product true to its value?
This green is worth having even though it costs a little more than some other greens. It's like having 3 separate paint products in one tube.
Overall Experience
What was your overall experience with this product?
I always have this green on my palette, and use it every time I paint a landscape. Allowing this pigment to interact with water on the paper never disappoints.
