No Account Exists This is your first time shopping with Daniel Smith, so you are not yet in our system
Solution - Select "New Customer" and click "Sign In" to continue checking out

Incomplete Account Information Your account was created while placing a phone order or shopping in our store but no email or password was provided at that time
Solution - Call your Customer Service Representative at 1-800-426-6740 and they can update your account which will then allow you to complete your purchase, OR if you are completing a purchase, click here to create a new account and continue checking out
- Old Email Address Your email address has changed since your last purchase
Solution - Try entering your old email address to log in, then change the email address that appears on our Order Form.
