* Some items do not qualify for free shipping:
items designated as truck freight, oversized shipping or hazardous materials,
including oversized furniture, large paper, frames, some canvas, large stretcher bars and items shipped directly from the manufacturer and custom cut frames. 2nd-Day Air orders do not qualify for free shipping.

STANDARD GROUND DELIVERY
Most in-stock items leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Custom cut frame orders require 2-4 business days for completion prior to shipping.
Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Most orders shipped by ground arrive promptly,
but weekends, holidays and weather delays can add to the delivery time. As you plan your order,
please allow sufficient delivery time if you are preparing for a class, buying frames to assemble
for an exhibition, or ordering for other situations where timing is very important.
2-DAY AND NEXT DAY DELIVERY
At your request, we will ship your order by 2-Day Air or Next Day Service. Most in-stock items
leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (it takes 1 to 2 days to process and fill your order). Shipping them takes on to two days depending on the delivery method you select. We invoice you for actual freight charges, plus a $5.00 shipping and handling fee. Due to the time required for custom cut frames, we are not able to provide you with overnight shipping on frame orders.
BACK ORDERS
Occasionally we experience out-of-stock situations due to supply fluctuations. Your credit card is not
charged for a back ordered item, nor for associated shipping, until it is shipped to you. We pro-rate
shipping charges based on the dollar value of your total order. Back ordered items are shipped via surface rather than air carrier. We do not back order items under $25 — these items will automatically be cancelled from your order.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Your order is processed electronically the moment it is confirmed. We are unable to add, change or delete items once the order is placed. You will need to place a new order if you have forgotten something, however each new order is shipped separately and shipping costs are charged accordingly.

Please open and inspect each package as soon as it arrives, and alert us to any problems as soon as you can. For assistance with a prompt refund, replacement or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Associates as soon as possible, within 90 days — maximum — for a return authorization number. TRUCK FREIGHT ORDERS
Orders larger than 130" length plus girth and/or over 100lbs, and items otherwise indicated as truck
freight must be shipped truck freight or directly from the manufacturer. Do not use the Shipping Rates
chart for truck freight items. You pay the actual freight charges. We negotiate with a truck company
for the best rates, and notify you of the cost prior to shipment. For schools and universities and
personal orders paid by credit card, truck orders are prepaid and shipped from Daniel Smith, and the
charge is added to your invoice.
OVERSIZE SHIPPING CHARGE
Items indicated as oversized will incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of any
additional costs by email prior to shipment.
COMBUSTIBLES
U.S. Department of Transportation Shipping Regulations
Combustible items are shipped by UPS Ground (allow 5-10 business days). There is a $5.00 per item
shipping and handling charge. Due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, all combustible
items must be shipped in separate boxes. Combustible items cannot be returned and will ship only to

USPS PAR AVION AND PRIORITY MAIL OR PARCEL POST SHIPPING
Packages are shipped Priority Mail or Parcel Post depending on the size of the package. Priority Mail and Parcel Post are not trackable. For faster service, you can ship your order UPS Next Day or UPS 2-Day Air. For UPS Next Day and UPS 2-Day Air, you will be bill "actual" freight charges. UPS deliveries to Puerto Rico do incur additional taxes. No combustible shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or Guam.
TO CANADA
- Customs may delay the delivery of your order from 3 to 6 weeks.
- We ship USPS Par Avion to Canada
Do not use the Shipping Rates chart for truck freight items. Usually, your truck order is prepaid
and shipped from Daniel Smith. The actual freight charge is added to your invoice (we will notify you of cost prior to shipment). No combustible shipments to Canada.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS
If, within 90 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, we will accept your return. Return must be in resaleable condition and returned in original package. Send return merchandise, with your return authorization number, to:
