Lokta Paper is made from the renewable bark of the Lokta plant which grows abundantly at altitudes high in the Himalayan foothills. These smooth, eco-friendly papers are handmade and silk screened by village cooperatives, small cottage industries in Nepal that employ mostly women. They are great for gift wrap, collage, scrap booking and framing. 4 deckle edges.

I use DANIEL SMITH watercolors, acrylics, and oils exclusively. I’m impressed with the super-saturated pigments that remain color-fast, strong and true no matter what the medium.
