Strongest of the lace papers, Ogura is machine-made from 100% manila hemp. To form the distinctive lace pattern, long fibers are separated by the Japanese "falling water" effect on the newly formed sheets to create various holes within the paper. Ogura lace is acid-free and has 4 cut edges.
