Daniel Smith Cascade Green Etching Ink is a rich medium green. It beautifully bridges the gap between earthy Chromium Green Oxide and strong, intense Phthalo Green. Cascade Green was inspired by the forests of Washington State's Cascade Mountains and has been popular in our watercolor, acrylic and oil lines.
Our top quality etching inks were the first items offered by Daniel Smith. Since their initial formulation, we have expanded and improved our manufacturing facility, as well as our knowledge and skill. All of our inks are made with artists' pigments, like those found in professional quality oils, acrylics and watercolors. They contain no driers. The vehicle used is traditional linseed burnt plate oil.
