Kochi, a lovely paper handmade of kozo and sulphite, is heavy in weight by Japanese paper standards. It offers good ink receptivity for block and intaglio printing techniques. Kochi is a waterleaf and also works well for sumi painting because of its absorbent surface. It has 4 deckle edges.
