Pamela Shanteau has been airbrushing since 1976, when she started out as PK Custom Airbrushing. In 1984 she married Donn Shanteau, and the two teamed to operate Air Illusions Inc., in Swanton, Ohio. Over the years she has airbrushed for celebrities and serious car and motorcycle builders, in addition to the average guy or gal who desired an eye-popping paint job. Pamela's art has been published in dozens of custom-vehicle magazines and calendars, including the first ever Iwata airbrush calendar in 2006, as well as the 2006 BASF RM paint calendar. Donn acts as the Scotty to Pam's Captain Kirk. He pushes the buttons and pulls the levers to keep their ship operational. With Donn working in the capacities of webmaster, photographer and business agent, Pam is free to be creative and concentrate on her current assignment.
